Welcome to our waterfront retreat in Bay City! With 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, our home sleeps 7, providing a perfect getaway for family and friends. Enjoy stunning river views from the porch, sipping coffee as the sun rises. Cozy up by the indoor fireplace or gather around the outdoor firepit under starlit skies. Take advantage of our two paddle boards for fun on the water or launch your boat from the convenient boat launch for Saginaw Bay adventures.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, clean house with a great view! We had a couple of minor issues with the dishwasher & wifi but otherwise all went smoothly and we will plan to stay again in the future.

Memory Cove is such an excellent spot. The pictures do not do this place justice. I highly recommend giving this place a try, great house and great location.
