Equipped with all the modern luxuries and conveniences. It's charming, well appointed. and secure. Three unique residences with separate custom kitchens with a refrigerator, gas cook top, oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, dishes and utensils. We provide soaps and towels, coffee, chocolates and wine! You are sure to enjoy sweet dreams in one of 5 plush pillow top mattresses dressed with the best quality linens is located inside the historic Pearson's 1886 mercantile building which once housed the C.H. Pearson General Merchandise store in Los Alamos. The well-appointed full-kitchen private residences are rented together. Magnolia, Olive and Jasmine, named after plantings in the beautifully landscaped private courtyard.

Built in 1886, Los Alamos resident Charles Pearson established C.H. Pearson general merchandise store, which remained in operation until 1942. He sold a wide variety of goods including boots, shoes, caps, eggs, confectionery, tobacco, hardware supplies, liquor, to name but a few. The building remains intact with the original wood structure. The front of the building houses the highly regarded Clementine Carter wine tasting room, while the rest of the building has been carefully renovated with an eye to preserve its historic integrity.

Enjoy a glass of wine in the large, inviting garden anchored by majestic olive trees, or a meal with friends at the long table handmade with the old original wood from the building, all the while enveloped by the shade of the olive trees.
