The property was nicely maintained. The host was very responsive with answering questions and addressing concerns. A few points that could have been better were that a few light bulbs were not working when we arrived (quickly addressed and fixed) and the televisions in the smaller rooms had no cable or streaming service. The host told us they were intended as “gaming” televisions. This wasn’t a big deal, but some guests in our party like to sleep with a television on and could not. I would rent this property again. Proximity to the pool was great!

Communication from the host was excellent from beginning to end. The house was beautiful and clean. We loved sitting on the porch and looking at the spectacular views. Location was excellent!

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The pool was wonderful. The one big problem regarding the overall property was the problem of getting through the gate when the guard was out, making cars back up onto the busy highway. There were a few things about the condo that gave us pause. The stairway from the second floor down to the first was frightening as there was no handrail at the top of those stairs. There seemed to be a lack of bath towels especially hand and face cloths. Only one trash bag was provided for our stay, more would have been helpful. And the ice dispenser in the refrigerator kept jamming. The front of the freezer door also was wet in spots. Also there was a switch marked disposal but no disposal.
