Cozy and spacious apartment in the center of Sitges, just a 2-minute walk from the beach and promenade. Sleeping up to 6 people, this apartment is undoubtedly one of the best options for your stay in Sitges.

It has a communal swimming pool, garden, sunbathing area and children's play area and parking for bicycles. It features a large living-dining room with a flat-screen TV and games for the whole family. The living room opens onto a terrace overlooking the pool.

The spacious kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay (oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.). The apartment has three bedrooms: one with a double bed, another with a double bed, and the last with two single beds. It has two full bathrooms.

The property has Wi-Fi. There is also air conditioning in the living room and ceiling fans in each bedroom. A small parking space is available, suitable only for a small car. This parking is available under request and might have additional charges.  Located in a very quiet community, it is only 30 minutes from Barcelona and El Prat airport.

Arrival information:- Tourist taxes levied by the Sitges City Council must be paid (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years of age do not pay)
- Pets are allowed upon request.
- Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm
- For check-ins after 9:00 PM, there is a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after midnight, there is a €50 surcharge.

Exit information:- Departure time is 11 am
- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
- Upon departure, the keys should be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.

Arrival between 00:01 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
