The open concept layout features a spacious great room, dining area that seats six, and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar—perfect for gathering and entertaining. Just off the dining area, a full wet bar adds a touch of luxury and convenience for evening cocktails or happy hour.

OUR STAY WAS AMAZING!!! I WILL BE BACK TO THIS PLACE. VERY CLEAN ORGANIZED AND THEY HAD EVERYTHING THAT YOU MAY NEED TO COOK, POTS PANS COFFEE MACHINE TOASTER EVERYTHING!!!! THE VIEW IS AMAZING. THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY IF YOU PLAN TO VISIT NAVARRE BEACH!

Such a beautiful condo! Did notice a few things in larger bathroom. The door and baseboards are not completely painted. Other than that, we totally enjoyed our vacation. Plan on visiting again. Short walk to beach with minimal steps was a plus as well

If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay this is it! The view is incredible. The pool is clean. There are 2 bathtubs in the Condo. The kitchen is well stocked with useful appliances & kitchenware. There is a Kureg & a regular coffee maker. There is an ice maker in the freezer. There is a washer & dryer inside the unit which is helpful. When we stayed in June 1 of the elevators was not working so it made the trip up to the 14th floor a long wait at peak times. We did take the stairs a few times when we were in a hurry. Plan to bring TP and paper products as there is very limited supplied. There are games in the entertainment stand which is nice to have for rainy days. The balcony is a luxury to enjoy however there are some water spots in-between the glass that make the doors dirty when looking thru them. The sliding doors are hard to open and close. There was paint coming off of the balcony rails. Some of the upkeep on this property could be better, but we still enjoyed ourselves. We were not in the area to stay in a condo for more than we needed. I give the property 3.5 stars out of 5. The beds are comfortable and there is lots of space for up to 8 people on sofas and pullouts. There is a starter supply of bath products and kitchen soaps which is great for short stays. The parking is gated and the area feels safe. Driving to stores or restaurants is at least 20 minutes. The beach never disappoints except for double red flag days!
