Claddagh Cottage is a charming cottage in the heart of Union Pier. This cottage features 3 bedrooms; one on the main floor with a queen, and two bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen and the other with two twins. This cottage has two full bathrooms; one on each floor. The décor is tastefully simple, with clean lines and pops of color throughout. This cottage features a flat screen TV in the Living Area, a gas fireplace, outdoor hot tub (OPEN YEAR-ROUND!), and a large comfortable yard with a fire-pit. Within walking distance to the charming shops of Union Pier; Union Pier Market & Milda’s Corner Market. And let's not forget Blackcurrant Bakery for your morning coffee & pastries. Union Pier restaurants are also close by; Frankie's & Casual Chef Café. Located in Union Pier approx. 6-7 blocks to the Townline Rd public beach access.

We enjoyed our stay at Claddagh Cottage for four days at the end of May, 2026. It was cozy but with plenty of space for four adults, a teenager, and our dog. The cottage was attractively decorated and well supplied with all the necessary cooking and bathing items plus fun and entertainment: games, internet streaming channels, etc. The back yard was huge, complete with a hot tub and fire ring with lawn chairs. This was a lovely place to stay for a family getaway. We would definitely like to stay here again sometime in the future.

The Claddagh Cottage is a lovingly restored property and was comfortable, perfectly situated, and a great fit for our family vacation. We loved the large yard and proximity to the beach as well as to “downtown” Union Pier.

A great house with an amazing backyard.The house was in a great location; walkable to one of the local beaches and shops in Union Pier. Would stay here again!

The house is cute. Beds are SUPER comfy. However, it was dusty, and there was some fragrance in the house that gave me a headache the entire time I was in it, but as soon as I left, it went away. In addition, the kitchen table and chairs were a little rickety. That's also located right next to a train track and it's loud and woke us up several times in the middle of the night And there was a small ant problem in one of the bathrooms. I wouldn't stay there again, but it was cute.
