About this apartment rental
The apartment Tobalu is located in Colònia de Sant Jordi in the south of Mallorca and impresses guests with its excellent location and simple, yet beautiful decor. The spacious and bright property consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (two with 2 single beds each) as well as 2 bathrooms (both with bathtubs) and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, air conditioning, a fireplace, a television as well as board games. Furthermore, the child-friendly property also provides a baby cot and a highchair. Wake up to the feel of the gentle morning breeze wafting in through the window and enjoy a delicious breakfast outside on the excellent balcony with its characteristic white columns. Relax in the private garden filled with colourful Mediterranean plants or on one of the terraces and lose yourself in a good book. 4 sun loungers with headrests as well as a barbecue are also provided. Due to its superb location, an array of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars can be found within an approximately 10-minute walking distance, with the closest restaurant just a 1-minute walk away. You can reach the nearest supermarket in 6 minutes on foot or 450 m. For beaches lovers, this is the perfect spot as the magnificent coastline of Mallorca is only a few steps away. The wonderful sandy beach Playa Sa Bassa des Cabots is conveniently located just around the corner (a 5-minute walk or 400 m from the property). Furthermore, the beaches Es coto, Es pregons and Es trenc are all within walking distance (between 500 m and 1 km away). Take a trip to the beautiful Cala Galiota, which is located 450 m away and can be reached in 6 minutes walking. The island of Cabrera, which is renowned as a natural paradise, can be reached by boat, which leaves from close to the house.

The house is well equipped with everything you need to make the most of a long stay in Colonia. We really loved this location. Easy to get to the seafront boardwalk and the center of town or any of the main beaches. Marga was prompt to respond to all our questions and was easy to get in touch with. Our whole family had space. The outdoor dining was one of our favorite features.

Pros: Wir waren 2 Wochen im Mai 2022 in der Ferienwohnung Tobalu. Es war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Parterrwohnung ist sehr Gross und hat 2 Terrassen, umgeben von vielen Rosen in unterschiedliche Farben; ausserdem hat es diverse Obst/Zitrusbaume. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Es gab 3 Schlafzimmer, mit 2 gut ausgestatteten und sauberen Badezimmern. Die Küche hatte viele verschiedene Küchengeräte, und alles nötiges. Die sehr ruhige Lage haben wir besonders geschätzt. Gleich um die Ecke, hat es ein gutes Restaurant "Es Mollet", mit den beste Paellas, Crema Catalana, etc. Das Meer ist in 2 Gehminuten entfernt. In ca. 15 Gehminuten erreicht man der wunderschöne Strand Es Trenc oder in die gleiche Zeit der Haffen wo sich ebenfalls ein gutes Restaurant "Port Blu" befindet. Die Besitzerin, Frau Margalida Julia, ist ein wunderbare und simpatische Mensch, und hat sich bemüht das alles perfekt ist. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Danke!
Cons: Einzig: es fehlt ein Tupperdose / vorratsbehälter um z. Bsp. Wassermelonen, etc. an Strand zu nehmen !
