About this apartment rental
Your very own beachfront suite with our private waterfront access. Wake up to a beautiful sunrise and coffee on your peronal ocean view deck. Wild birds, eagles and seals are residents here. Orca and humpback pods are sometimes seen during whale season. A new spacious suite adjoined to the house with a private entrance. A must see. Bring your kayak or paddle board and enjoy a short commute to Rathtrevor Beach.

This suite was truly exceptional. The suite was extremely clean and well stocked with thoughtful additions in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry areas. Gina and her husband were excellent hosts and were responsive without feeling intrusive. We felt that Gina had a real knack for caring for her guests in a way that made one feel quite pampered. The views were stunning!

This property is my favorite in the Parksville area, we will definitely be staying here again! The kitchen is well stocked, included spices and condiments in the fridge, Bed was very comfortable and the location and view can't be beat!

Had a great time the hosts were very accommodating (installing a gate on the stairs for our dog who is blind) The suite has a stunning view, stocked with a variety of condiments! Little things like “frosted mugs” in the freezer. Lots of information to help with your stay in the mid island region! Highly recommend we’ll be back for sure!

We have stayed in several rentals in different countries but this was the best ever! Immaculately clean, ample provisions, discreet labeling to guide guests, gracious and welcoming hosts, ocean view, private beach and the tang of salt air. It was a wonderful getaway for my husband, myself and our dog.
