Tidewater Beach Resort #2817 is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath beach vacation home built around the most incredible views of the world's most beautiful beaches. The panoramic views from this 28th floor condo are some of the best in the area for viewing PCB's spectacular fireworks displays throughout the year and also the beautiful nightly light show from Pier Park's SkyWheel! If you are looking for that perfect place to spend your next vacation this is your dream home away from home.
This condo has everything thing you need to make your family feel at home. The home is tiled throughout with wood look porcelain driftwood tile. The fully furnished kitchen is completely outfitted with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.
The master bedroom features a KING size bed, 55" SMART TV. The master bath has been completely redone. The master bath features double vanities, framed mirrors, and a glass enclosed tile shower.
The second master is equally luxurious with a KING size raised platform bed, and a 55" SMART TV and has its own private bathroom.
The third bedroom is spacious and also has a KING size bed and a 50" SMART TV. The 3rd bath features a glass enclosed shower.
There is also a kid friendly bunk area. Each bed has its own reading light.
There is free wireless internet and full-size washer and dryer located in the unit.

*Tidewater Beach Resort resort fee for a 3-bedroom unit is $60 + tax +credit card fee for a
total $67.41 and includes up to 3 parking passes and up to 10 wristbands. Wristbands required for all occupants overage 12. You must register online and pay for parking and wristbands for your stay. Registration information will be included in your check in info that will be emailed 7 days prior to your arrival date. Please be aware that Tidewater's parking garage has a clearance of 7 feet.
25% is due at the time of booking to confirm a reservation and block selected dates. The remaining balance is due at least 30 days prior to your stay or your reservation will be cancelled with no refund of any deposit. You must cancel at least 30 days in advance to receive a full refund.

Tidewater Beach Resort is located 1/4 mile west of Pier Park and will be the first building you see when driving from the airport. Tidewater features: 2 huge lagoon style pools with tiki bars - 2 gulf front hot tubs - huge gulf front work out facility - sauna - steam room - on-site movie theater - large conference room (great for corporate gatherings) - indoor heated pool - on-site coffee shoppe - on-site game room! -and much more!!! The resort is located on over 630' of beach frontage, you can have a blast in the water para sailing, jet skiing, and wind surfing, or just relax on the beach with a good book!

Parking was easy, condo was beautiful, clean, and had a wonderful view. Beds were all comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Unit is on the 28th floor. There were times when we had to wait five minutes for the elevator, but nothing horrible. Most people check in between 4 and 6pm, so elevators get jammed up at that time. Note that we travelled during the off season. I would not rent this same spot in the busy season for fear of getting stuck waiting on long elevator lines. Overall, the unit has great views and I liked the decorations and the many places for people to sleep. Three bathrooms is also very nice. That said, the sink in one of the bedrooms was messed up and never drained and the bathroom fan made an annoying clicking sound in the middle of the night that was noticeable every night to me and my wife. If you shut the door to the bathroom you can't hear it as much, but it was still annoying. These are small things though.The reality is, it's a 3 bedroom with three beds, two bunk beds and a pull out couch (which we didn't use). So, plenty of sleeping space. It's also very close to tons of restaurants and had easy parking access and handicap accessible elevators in the parking garage.
