Next to "El Corte Ingles" on Avenida Diagonal, one of the main shopping streets of Barcelona. In the area with, parks, restaurants and hospitals, among them the famous BARRAQUER CLINIC. Easy access to go to CAMP NOU. Allowed to smoke only and exclusively in the laundry room and on the main balcony. It is located in a residential building with elevator next to Avenida Diagonal, one of the main commercial areas of Barcelona with a wide selection of restaurants, clubs and cafes

Diagonal Avenue is very well connected with buses and in the Plaza Frances Macia you can take the Tram to comfortably get to the Camp Nou, L'Illa Diagonal, the Pedralbes Palace.
The train station of Gracia is a few minutes walk away.

Wonderful apartment in a great neighborhood. The owner was excellent at communicating and responding quickly to messages. The apartment is exactly as pictured, well-equipped with everything needed, comfortable beds and good blackout drapes. Convenient to groceries and restaurants, and easy to get taxis when needed. We loved our stay and would stay again.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience. Rosaura, the owner, and Dona, her assistant had been very resposive to our needs, went beyond their call of duty to make us feel at home for three weeks.
Location was excellent for everything we wanted to explore.
The value versus price was superb.
