The Beach is Calling! Beautiful balcony view of the ocean. Relax and enjoy your vacation in this charming "cottage" condo at Pelican Beach, Unit 1214 (Twelfth floor). This newly renovated unit sleeps 6 comfortably. In addition to an indoor pool, 3 outdoor pools, and 2 hot tubs, this resort has a NEW beachfront pool and a new 14 person hot tub. The resort has a cafe and a Tiki Hut next to the beach. Located in the heart of Destin, you are close to a variety of restaurants, groceries, and shopping.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed @ the Pelican & absolutely loved this condo & the whole resort!! We couldn’t have asked for a better condo or location & super clean!

The condo was just as described. The furniture was all very comfortable and the decor was nice. The balcony was a plus with new furniture for lounging. For a large building with lots of guests, there was never a problem getting up and down on the elevators. There are 3 pools on site and all are well maintained. This is a very family friendly location with lots to do within walking distance or a short drive. Joan was a wonderful host, providing lots of information in advance of our arrival and communicated quickly if I had a question. I would not hesitate to come back in the future.

This condo was very nice and very clean, I would definitely stay here again. The location is so convenient to everything: restaurants, grocery store, near by Waterpark and mini theme park for entertainment. The beach was just steps away. The only issue was that neighbors upstairs sounded like they were moving furniture around, but other than that...no issues. Myself and my significant other had a great time! Our host Joan was helpful.

This condo was exceptionally clean and was exactly as described in the listing. We were very comfortable there. We had some difficulty with the unit's wifi network, but the nice folks at the registration desk gave us a card with the login for the building's network, which worked just fine. The resort itself is nice and has tons of amenities. We enjoyed our stay!
