Beautiful design penthouse in the heart of Madrid, in the heart of Gran Vía, metro Callao, close to all tourist and oció places. Theaters, museums, shopping, parks, restaurants and bars, better impossible.
The first bedroom is interior with wardrobe and bathroom en suite. The second bedroom is exterior with its own terrace, bathtub and sofa on the terrace and its own bathroom with shower.
It has a kitchenette and bar stools to chat while one is preparing the food.
The dining room is open to the spacious living room that leads to the terrace with Balinese wrought iron bed, table and chairs.
The living room sofa can be converted into a bed of 90.

Place is perfectly located within walking distance of everything. We only took the metro once to get to the main train station. Price is a bargain. Also, was super clean when we arrived. One big negative is the checkin. No one was there to let us in the building and we were told to buzz a particular unit. When we did, they responded and didn't let us in. If it wasn't for a young couple coming out, not sure how long we would have waited in the rain to get in.

Great location, easy access for collecting keys, nice n clean good showers.We arrived in December but can imagine the balcony being a great area in summer 1 off the living room large area, would happily book again

The location was excellent! It was in the middle of everything. Plenty of nearby restaurants, shopping and theaters. Plus, it was within walking distance of the Prado or the Templo de Debod. The main problem was the condition of the floor. A portion was missing in front of the door which made it difficult to walk down the hall without twisting an ankle. Some nails were sticking up and they would cut your feet if you forgot your shoes. I realize that it is an old building, but the original floor needs to be repaired or replaced.
