Designed for comfort and convenience, this carriage house comfortably sleeps four and is ideal for extended stays, business travel, or a relaxed city getaway. Inside, you’ll enjoy a bright living space with modern furnishings, high-speed internet, in-unit laundry, and a private patio perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. Step out the back door to Highland Square, where locally owned restaurants, coffee shops, wine bars, and artisan boutiques are all within walking distance.

•Mail service may not be available. Any deliveries sent to the mailbox can not be retrieved.
•Colorado is prone to extreme weather patterns and changes. Please use caution, as pathways, driveways, and roads can be slippery.
•No pets are allowed at this property.
•Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere on the property (including the courtyard).
•Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, yard work, or plant care.
•For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25 per inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.
•We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a drip coffee maker, 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.

Quaint little cottage behind main house. Very clean, up to date and easily enough space for 2 people. Great little kitchen too. Good overall location with easy access to MLB and NFL/concerts arenas. Great neighborhood, easy to walk to amazing restaurants and little shops. Parking is only on the street where available with a little walk to the alley entrance which was well lit and secure. Felt totally safe! Nice outdoor patio (which needed a little love from the winter). Queen Murphy bed not for everyone but it was fine. Couple of bathroom plumbing issues with clogs - one was fixed the next day, other one with clogged shower - down 2 days and don't know the reason or outcome. Overall good 4 day stay and would return.

Adorable little carriage house and perfectly located. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, and a 30 minute or shorter drive to red rocks, other parks/traisl, and the airport. Very comfy bed and very well appointed kitchen. Check in process was a little confusing, but that could have just been me since it had been a long day of travel and I arrived in the middle of the night. Would absolutely stay here again!

Good location, parking was problematic. Permit lost so lots of walking to and from the car blocks away. Very hot! Known heat issue with all the warnings and direction To Not Touch the Heater.
