The Space:

Designed with a warm, contemporary aesthetic, this peaceful retreat combines clean architectural lines with natural textures and tranquil vineyard surrounds. Expansive glazing fills the interiors with natural light while framing leafy outlooks, creating an inviting setting to slow down and reconnect. Wildwood Retreat is also perfectly positioned for guests attending weddings and events here at Rivendell Winery Estate.



The open-plan living area is the heart of the home, offering generous leather lounges, a wood heater for cosy winter evenings, air conditioning for warmer days, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow to the covered deck. Whether you're gathering for conversation, enjoying a movie on Netflix, or settling in with a book or board game, there's space for everyone to relax. Adjacent, the dining area comfortably accommodates shared meals before flowing into the well-appointed kitchen, complete with quality appliances, a gas cooktop, dishwasher, Nespresso-compatible coffee machine, and a large breakfast bar ideal for casual bites or preparing local produce.



The expansive, elevated deck invites long afternoons overlooking the vineyards and dam, with comfortable seating and a BBQ for relaxed outdoor dining. Guests also enjoy access to a shared tennis court for a friendly match during their stay.



The home offers three thoughtfully appointed bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private ensuite, and direct outdoor access, while the second bedroom also includes a king bed. The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds, making it ideal for children or friends travelling together. The beautifully finished ensuite includes a freestanding bath and separate shower, while the main bathroom offers a walk-in shower. Internal laundry with both a washing machine and dryer adds convenience for longer stays.



Please note that the vineyard is a working farm and is not accessible to guests, ensuring safety and respect for the agricultural processes.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves, with free use of the shared tennis court. Kindly note that the vineyard is a working farm and is not accessible to guests. Please make yourselves at home!

Surrounded by vineyards and rolling countryside, Wildwood Retreat offers a peaceful base in Yallingup Siding while placing the region's celebrated wineries, beaches, and natural attractions within easy reach. Spend leisurely days exploring nearby cellar doors, artisan food producers, breweries, and boutique galleries before returning to the tranquillity of the estate. Must try a wine tasting at Rivendell Winery and sample the region's fresh local produce at nearby wineries, breweries, and cafés. Must see the striking granite formations at Canal Rocks, the ancient chambers of Ngilgi Cave, and the crystal-clear waters of Yallingup and Smiths Beach, all within around a 15-minute drive. Dunsborough is also nearby, offering waterfront dining, boutique shopping, and a relaxed coastal atmosphere.

Quiet Hours & Noise Complaints:

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm in line with local regulations.

We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.



School Leavers:

We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.



Rental Agreement

As part of our standard process, all guests are required to complete a rental agreement prior to arrival. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.



Firewood

Firewood is provided from June to August. Outside of these months, you can find firewood at local service stations.
