About this house rental

The newly renovated home features newly 3BR, 1.5 Bath with a fully functional kitchen. You'll enjoy the beautiful sunrise views and open access to the outdoor firepit. If you plan to enter the water, please bring boat shoes to help walk over the rocky beachfront. During hotter months of summer, we encourage you to bring bug spray to keep mosquitos at bay. Liability Waiver:
You understand that swimming, walking near the edge of the water and the use of kayaks is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with those activities. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming, walking on the rocky water access and use of the kayaks and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming, walking along the rocks and the use of kayaks may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, walking on rocks or using the kayaks if a person has health risks, or if a person swims or uses the kayaks while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, walking on rocks or using the kayaks. All VRBO Guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that booking constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between VRBO Guests and VRBO Host.

Clean and cozy vacation getaway. Gorgeous view and access to the bay. Comfortably fits 8 people. Huge screened porch overlooking the bay. Host responded quickly to any needs or questions. Highly recommend

The house was well furnished and had lots of amenities. It was clean and great for two couples. We especially enjoyed the four chairs looking out over the bay. The sunroom was a nice place to read and play games. We loved seeing the sun rise over the water and also saw some eagles. A great getaway and a nice place to stay
