Crested Butte—as well as a lower-level basement with a full washer/dryer, game table, and book/game collection.



Guests can walk anywhere in town, with the free shuttle stop just one block away for easy resort access. Two off-street parking spots are available in the alley behind the property, along with high-speed internet and dedicated workspaces for those needing to stay connected. Outside, enjoy two sitting areas—one with a table and chairs, another with a fire pit—plus a small fenced backyard.

In the historic part of Crested Butte this house is walkable to basically everything town has to offer. The business district starts a block away.



Getting Around:

Easy to walk town and walk to the base area shuttle. Car is not necessary.

Off street, free parking for 2 vehicles. Additional vehicles can park on the street and will be subject to posted parking regulations.
