About this house rental

The house was as advertised, it was very nice: clean, very well equipped, convenient location, and parking was good. Mattresses were very soft.The check in instructions need to be provided at least 12 hours in advance for people travelling. Also, explain that the key box is behind the laundrette door. We didn’t get confirmation that we could check in early until the day (despite requesting it over 3 months previously). House information was inadequate, no clear induction hob instructions, or where the glass recycling was (turn left out of gate and it is on right by parking) or, alternatively in the road next to Lidl, refuse information (where/when)?, and how does gate entry work? We just pressed all the buttons. A laminates sheet covering the above and the WiFi code available in the house would be very helpful.
