This Ocean Front Condo is steps from the sand and a short walk to Belmont Park and Mission Bay. Sliding glass doors open to the ocean view and cool breeze. Use provided body boards, sand toys and beach chairs or rent bicycles to ride along the boardwalk. The studio sleeps four (queen bed+pullout sofa) with a fully equipped kitchen, bbq, Wifi, Cable TV, DVD, Bose Sound System and steam room shower. We needed this trip more than we realized, and this studio delivered in every way. From the moment we arrived, it was clear the host put real thought into making guests feel at home — the supplies were stocked with everything we actually needed, no hunting around or making do. That kind of detail makes a huge difference when you’re trying to just relax and settle in.The location is unbeatable. Walking distance to Belmont Park and steps from the beach — we spent our mornings with coffee watching the waves and our afternoons riding rides we hadn’t been on since we were kids. Mission Beach has such a unique energy, and this studio puts you right in the middle of it without any of the hassle.The place itself was spotless. Not “looks clean at first glance” clean — genuinely clean, top to bottom. You could tell it was cared for between every stay.And the host? One of the best we’ve had on Vrbo. Responsive, warm, and communicative, which made the whole trip feel smooth from check-in to check-out.We came to Mission Beach to recharge, and that’s exactly what happened. This studio earned every star, and we’re already talking about coming back. If you’re on the fence, get off it — book this place.

Great location! Within walking distance to everything, so rarely needed a car. It's very clean & well stocked with "extras" you might need.

Excellent location and view! Clean and fully furnished kitchen. The place offers everything you may need for the beach. Planing on staying here again.

The property is pretty much as listed on the vrbo site. However you are in the middle of everything. I didn't realize how exposed you are with the shades open and people are everywhere. It seemed like one big party every place you looked. My wife and I are older and we definitely did not fit in. We were at least 20 years older than everyone else. After 5 minutes we decided that the place was not for us and started looking for alternate accommodations. I contacted Will, the host, to let him know our dilemma and to see if he could refund at least part of our rent. He asked if he could think on it, but then never got back with us, so we were out the entire 4 nights rent. It looks like a fun spot if you are 25 years old and want to party on the beach all night long.
