We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Montepulciano. The host, Gianni, was fantastic from start to finish — incredibly kind, helpful and communicative. He even arranged a taxi for us to our wine tour, which made everything so much easier, and was very accommodating with our check-out time as there was nobody arriving that day. We really appreciated how welcoming and flexible he was.
The apartment was the perfect size for our family of four and, although it doesn’t have air conditioning (which we knew before booking), we did find the heat quite challenging during the particularly hot weather while we were there in August. Thankfully, there was a fan in each bedroom, which made a big difference.
That said, the location and views more than made up for it. Sitting out on the balcony overlooking the beautiful Tuscan landscape and being right in the heart of the incredible town of Montepulciano was absolutely wonderful. Having such easy access to the town was a real highlight of our stay.
We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to experience the charm, atmosphere and beauty of Montepulciano.
