The property was in a great location and very well appointed
Unfortunately the WiFi was out of action and despite being reported immediately the problem was not resolved during our stay. I suspect that the problem was known about before our arrival because during our stay a new Sky router was delivered by Royal Mail for activation today, 6 July. We should have been informed before arrival. As a consequence we struggled with communicating with our families. The 4G signal was fairly weak. In addition the dishwasher was not working. I reported that fault by telephone and was told that maintenance would come out as soon as possible. It also transpired that the dishwasher was different from the one referred to in the information guide at the property. The correct manual was emailed but because of the limitations on WiFi we could not open it. I suspect that there is a fault on the door mechanism. Also we should not use that to upstairs because it relied on WiFi. Fortunately we were able to use the Free view on the downstairs TV. All that was extremely disappointing.
