The room was nice. Inconvenient there is only a microwave and coffee in the main office as their hours are 9am-4pm.
Parking is a challenge…..spaces are very tight.

Location is great for me. It’s very close to family that live in the city. A lot of great eatery’s and coffee shops near by. The Golden Gate Park is also walking distance.
A little bit more amenities would be great such as a hot pot to make coffee or tea.

This was a very good hotel in San Francisco, especially because of the central location and the good value for money. It was also very convenient that we could park our car at the hotel.
You can see that the hotel has recently been renovated. It used to be an older hotel, and the old LED sign outside still gives it a very iconic look, which we really liked. We were able to take some nice photos of it. The renovation itself has been done very well.
The rooms were clean and looked well maintained. There was a small sink, but that was not a big issue. We also appreciated having a safe in the room, especially in a big city, so we could store a laptop or tablet safely. Another nice detail was that we did not need a key, because the room had a code lock. That made check-in very easy and flexible.
The host was very friendly and helpful. We are not sure if he was the owner or the manager, but he helped us well, called to ask if we needed anything extra for our child, and also asked if we could leave a review. So here it is.
Overall, this was a clean, well-renovated and comfortable hotel with a great location, friendly service, easy parking and good value for money. We really do not have much to complain about and had a pleasant stay.
The only downside was that the room was a bit noisy. However, we understand that this can happen in this type of hotel, especially because we were staying on the street side at the far end of the building. Maybe the sound insulation could be improved a little, or curtains could be added to help reduce the street noise. There were wooden shutters instead of curtains, but they worked very well for blocking out the light.

There was no kleenex or coffee maker in the room and the lobby (where coffee was mentioned as available) didn't open until 9:00. Also too expensive.
