Location was perfect! Close to everything and easy to find. 7 min walking distance from Nice ville train station so very convenient is you want to go to other cities by train!
Sadly our roller shutter wasn’t working so we didn’t have natural light in the apartment and there was a strong odor in the apartment because of the sewer we think but other than that everything was good and the staff was great!!!

We had a wonderful stay!
The apartment was very comfortable, exactly as shown in the photos, spotlessly clean, and cozy.
Communication with the host was smooth and pleasant throughout our stay.
The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach, shops, the city center, and the train station.
We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again!

The property was perfect for us, we stayed for a week. It’s located super close to the train station which makes exploring the coast line so easy. We were able to visit so many areas like Cap D’ail etc really easily.
The apartment looks exactly like the pictures. It’s very clean and bed was comfy. We had a slight problem with the air con but the host resolved this on the same day. The host was lovely and responsive.
The apartment is super well equipped, the attention to detail is amazing to the point that we felt so comfortable and at home. We loved our stay and it’s without a doubt one of the best trips we’ve had. We would 100% stay again!
