Close enough to our focus (USC) while having grocery and dining nearby. The eclectic art was interesting and the outdoor space was lovely but the mosquitos were pretty bad unfortunately.
Block the window and keep the door closed at the bottom of the stairs - the dogs were sometimes startling. The WiFi was pretty bad during our stay, making it difficult for our daughter to make adjustments to her class schedule. The electrical could use some attention - can't run the coffee maker and anything else at the some time. Once I moved the kettle to the bathroom outlet, my wife could make her coffee and I could make my tea. Nothing was a big deal, just a few suggestions.

Een kleine oase in LA. Perfect voor "me time". Ik werd hartelijk ontvangen en heb genoten van de kamer (met mini infrarood sauna) en de fijne buiten plekken tussen de planten waar kolibries om me heen vlogen. Aanrader!

The oasis is part of a lovely neighborhood. we felt safe and enjoyed walking our dog after the drive. The rental property grounds were also nice. There was a nice picture window w/ filtered light coming in,
We brought our bags to the room, looked around. Went on a dog walk & thought about it. Went back to the room and decided to look for a different place to stay. Robin was surprised; I shared photos w/ her and we talked about it. I had a hard time with the furnishings and most surfaces being covered. I felt claustrophobic. That is on me. I asked for a refund for the second night, and did not get it, per the contract. There were 3 dogs on property, there was a ruckus coming & going.
