Everything is spotless clean! The hostess couldn’t be more accommodating she’s awesome. It’s basically a totally renovated studio so it’s like new and she’ll do anything to help. They just need professional photos of the property to showcase how wonderful it is!

So I was the first person to book with Ms.Jennifer , I was skeptical at first because I didn't see any reviews, but I took a chance since it was short notice , and my flight was the day off. She was exceptional 👏 for her first time being a host . I was supposed to check in at 3pm ,but my flight got there at 12... She was so kind to let me check in at 1:30pm. She even provided me water and fruit . I think that was because she understands flying and how hectic it can be but who knows for sure. I was so nervous because it was in a place Ive never been to before. She made me feel safe and welcomed . I felt like I was right at home . If your thinking about booking her , dont think just do it lol. This woman has a heart of gold 💛 ✨️ and her aura is out of this world . Everytime I come to LA , I know who im booking with , and she responds very quickly , which some hosts lack. Ms. Jenny your amazing 👏 and a wonderful host... Thank you .
There was nothing I ddnt like. It was perfect. I ddnt like the fact I couldn't stay longer it was comfy and made me feel at home.

Landed late after a string of airline delays, so my arrival was around 8:15pm. Right off the bat, the neighborhood didn't help the current headache. Not the kind of area I'd want to bring a small family to. Parking is just street parking, too.
Calling this a "hotel" is a stretch. It's really just a house with a few rooms sectioned off, each with its own door. The "entrance" is a side gate wedged between the house and the neighbor's driveway. None of the rooms (or "suites," as they like to call them) are numbered, so nobody tells you which one is yours upfront. I tried the wrong door first, and only figured out which suite was actually mine after that failed attempt — no directions given ahead of time.
The room looks decent at first, but it doesn't take long to see where it falls short. The AC is a portable unit vented out the window, and since my window only opens sideways, it has to stay cracked open just to run it — which isn't exactly reassuring. On top of that, it's loud AND doesn't actually cool the room well, so I was uncomfortable most of the stay.
The bed was made, but the sheets clearly weren't — I found MULTIPLE strands of hair and a visibly dirty sheet. The bathroom is TINY, with no shower door, so water ends up everywhere. As for security, there's one electronic deadbolt and nothing else, so I ended up propping a chair against the door handle for extra peace of mind, old-school style. The handle assembly itself was also a little loose, which makes me think I'm not the first guest who's had to do this.
Honestly, the ratings on this place feel fake or paid for. This is FAR from a 9.9 — 6.5 at best. I respect the hustle in a big city and entering the rental business, but if you want an actual comfortable hotel, save yourself the headache and book a Holiday Inn Express instead. It’ll be worth the extra premium.
