Clean apartment, friendly host, gorgeous pool. Only wish I could have stayed longer!

The owner was friendly and communicative, we had a couple of questions about the local area/ the apartment and he answered them promptly. Also let us check out late as there wasn’t another booking which was much appreciated! The apartment was clean, and well equipped. Beds comfy, air con efficient and bathrooms all fine. The terrace was a lovely place to eat lunch and the pool a fab place to relax- it was super quiet when we were there. Beach also nice, though we were only there for a couple of nights so didn’t make full use. 24 hour security on the complex so felt very safe and secure.

Would be slightly easier if you had a car here as it’s a little way out of town. However we were still fine using Ubers/ walking!

Not a "Luxury" Penthouse

Unfortunately only the main lounge area and the terrace which had lovely views of the sea and pool area.

The apartment was not fitted out as a"luxury" apartment in our opinion and it was misleading to describe it as such for many reasons. The property is tired and needs better equipment and fittings.

Living the beach live in Altea

Beautiful views, easy and very friendly welcome and entry by the owner. Good size penthouse on the highest level (with elevator) so no neighbours above you. Comes with equipped kitchen, two terasses, the area is beautiful and very luxury , close to the city and highway, very safe and secure because of 24 hour security! Private parking and this is area is part of the 5 star hotel Villa Gadea. 200m from the beach and in the summer many beach-front restaurants. If you hire bikes you can easy bike to Altea city along the beach because the whole area is flat.

The LED lights are environment friendly but a little less cosy
