I liked the connection to sirata and the access to the new restaurant. I liked how well operations were organized. The flow of the place was optimal and felt great. Loved the pool area and the staff.
I didn’t like the bathroom in the suite. The tub needs a little TLC.

Close to the beach and very clean. Jason at the front also provided great customer service.
It took a long to get our sons extra bed to the room. Definitely not a deal breaker. If you have small kids with early bed times don’t stay near the pool as you can definitely hear the music.

Did not eat there
Under construction, but it didn’t interfere with our time there.

Gym facilities were good
Loud air conditioning in the rooms - had to sleep with ear plugs
First room was old, but had hot water, a working iron and ironing board
Second room had no hot water, no ironing board and no working hairdryer. Asked for an ironing board - never got one.
Room was new, but shower was also leaking
