The staff was very friendly and they love pets. It made it easy to stay with my dog. I loved the dog area it was very clean.
The breakfast had good options as well.
The room was not ready by the time we arrived and we had to wait over an hour. Also they double charged me for my one dog. I am still waiting on the credit back to my account. As well the staff stated they would take care of us since we had to wait so long for our room and nothing was taken care of.
