Quarto limpo com um bom ar condicionado e cozinha bem equipado e limpa.
O estacionamento e a vista são também uma vantagem
Não haver lavandaria ou trocar as toalhas a meio da estadia (ficamos 5 dias e no final já estava tudo bastante húmido)

The apartment is in a good location, very close to the airport and also convenient for reaching Ponta Delgada. It was generally clean, and the owners were kind and helpful when we needed something. For example, we couldn't find any salt or oil in the shared area, so they provided them for us without any problem. Overall, their approach was friendly and courteous.
There are, however, several aspects that could be improved. The arrival was not particularly straightforward: as there is a self check-in system and all the rooms open onto the same common area, we had not been clearly informed which room was ours. Since we arrived in the middle of the night, we had to figure it out more or less by trial and error.
The parking situation could also be explained more clearly in advance. There are no easily available parking spaces nearby, and the first proper parking area is about 300 metres away. We also didn't know that we could temporarily leave the car inside the property, in front of one of the shutters, which made the first night rather complicated, especially with our luggage.
It would definitely be useful to install mosquito screens, particularly on the bathroom and terrace windows. Without them, a lot of insects come inside at night, making it difficult to keep the windows open. The mattress could also be improved, as it sinks quite considerably.
Considering the rather humid climate of São Miguel, a more effective air-conditioning system would also be helpful. We had the impression that the single unit available was not really able to adequately cool all the rooms.
There are also several small details that could make a difference: the bathroom lacks some hooks/supports to properly arrange the shower curtain, the rooms are not serviced during the stay, and no fresh towels are provided. We stayed for four nights, so having at least a towel change would have been appreciated.
Also no ashtray was provided and we have a balcony and also no laundry service/washing machine was available.
Overall, these are all relatively small but important details that could significantly improve the guest experience. We mention them constructively, especially as the property appears to be relatively new. With a little more attention to these aspects, we believe the overall experience could be considerably improved.

Good location, very beautiful house and room.
We were greeted by a huge german shepherd which would be great if I were comfortable around dogs. If you have a guest house, you should consider locking the dog somewhere as the comfort of your guests should be your priority. Ponta Delgada is extremely humid, making good ventilation essential in every room. We were not happy when we discovered that the AC was not working in our room. When we asked to change room we were told that all rooms had the same issue. While I understand that closing your business when the AC breaks is not a possibility, you cannot ignore the problem and simply let the guests deal with it. I specifically paid for a room with AC. As a bare minimum you should buy a portable dehumidifier and stick it in the room. Needless to say that our stay was uncomfortable. The room got so humid that water would start dripping off the windows and no towel got dry after an entire night
