Die Ferienwohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet, vor allem die Küche, in der wirklich gar nichts fehlt. Sehr schön ist auch, dass neben der Waschmaschine auch ein Trockner vorhanden ist. Die Lage der Wohnung, in unmittelbarer Strandnähe und direkt in Zentrumsnähe ist perfekt. Nichts in der Wohnung wirkt beengt, aufgrund der Größe, die für zwei Personen reichlich ist, für vier Personen auch noch als sehr gut zu bewerten ist und erst ab sechs Personen etwas enger wird, aber durchaus auch noch machbar. Darüber hinaus kann man die Sauberkeit dieser relativ neuen bzw. neu renovierten Wohnung als vorbildlich bezeichnen - dafür eine absolute Bestnote. Wir können dieses Domizil uneingeschränkt wärmstens empfehlen,
Kleine Einschränkung ist nur, dass das separate WC und das Bad keine eigene Entlüftung hat und nur über den Wohnbereich belüftet werden kann. Das Parken vor dem Haus ist an Wochenenden tagsüber etwas schwierig, da viele Standbesucher die vorhandenen, öffentlichen Parkplätze belegen und die Wohnung keinen Privatparkplatz hat. Am Abend entspannt sich die Parkplatzsituation wieder deutlich. Insgesamt bleiben wir aber bei unserer sehr positiven Bewertung.

Magnifique loft ! Tout est neuf et de qualité ! Fabrice l’hôte a été très accueillant et réactif depuis notre arrivée jusqu’au départ. L’emplacement est central et à proximité de la plage et du chemin des douaniers… Très bon rapport qualité prix !! Merci Fabrice
