Unwind and enjoy the spectacular ocean views from this beautifully appointed villa. Relax on one of the two balconies looking over the Pacific; the side balcony is private and has a propane BBQ. Just a quick walk to the pool, spa, gym and croquet court! There are only 7 steps to the road!!The washer/dryer are conveniently located in a small laundry room just outside the front door of the villa.

You must be 25+ years old to rent this property. No daytime visitors allowed.

The "only 7 steps" to the road was important for us and this condo was good in that regard. It was clean and well maintained. Response time from the management company was excellent. We only had a few simple questions during our stay and replies came quickly. Beautiful view from the deck, but the HOA restrictions made use of it less than we would have liked. Rules and rules, I guess, so we followed them. The complex is a short cart drive from town and most Catalina Island activities. We found that was a good thing as the crowds swelled as the weekend approached and it was nice to get away from the hubbub. The Hamilton Cove development is not new, but this condo is wearing its age well. We would certainly stay here again.

The view from the unit was amazing. The layout was spacious and the decor was perfect. The kitchen was well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay.

We loved the location. It looked exactly like the pictures. Eddie at Hamilton Cove really helped us at check in.
