Check-in, check-out, and parking were smooth and well-coordinated. The room is lovely, and everything you need is in the building or right nearby. In my short stay I used both the pool and gym, which had plenty of available equipment. I wouldn’t change anything about my stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The space was cozy, beautifully furnished, and equipped with all the amenities I needed to feel comfortable throughout my visit. The location was perfect—within easy walking distance of the convention center, ballpark, museums and several great restaurants. I would gladly stay here again on my next trip to Cincinnati.

The room was perfect for our mini vacation! Its location was absolutely ideal to walk around the city. We loved the parking valet as well and being close enough to drive to Covington a few times. The hot tub and pool were a great addition. Overall a lovely experience.

The parking area was not well defined. We circled the building twice and finally stopped at a parking garage across the street to ask the attendant where to go. On the third try we got it. This isnt the main reason for my complaints. The biggest issue was the AC. When we arrived, it was set to 75 so I turned down the very simple thermostat to 68 before we went to bed. The room remained at 75. My wife contacted the owner who then said the thermostat should work. We informed her that we tried that. The owner then said that she would send someone to look at the AC during the day. I cant confirm if this was done, but that night the AC kept the room at 72 while the thermostat was set to 66. I suspect that the lowest setting was being controlled remotelg by the owner, because my wide told hed that the optimum sleeping temp is between 62 and 68. After that, the temp dropped to 72 but never did go to 68. Coincidence? I doubt it. Beware of this. Also, the bed is hard as a rock. Its a cheap Amazon bed and the pillows are small and uncomfortable. The toilet paper is like sandpaper, and the mirror in the livingroom was dirty. For location, the room is well situated near the aquarium, so that was nice. The common area is lovely and had a great view. The "mysterious" AC issue killed it for me. I suspect that the owner didnt want to pay for me keeping the room at 68 during the night. When we contacted her again about the issue, the response was, "would you like to stay another night?"
