Very good price and location, helpful staff, free coffee/tea all day. The area, despite being very central, was surprisingly quiet
- The wifi was not working for 1,5 days
- The showers are very tiny, forcing you to undress with everyone
- The young guy from the reception did not respect silence times - he was very loud from very morning to the middle of the night, putting up loud music, shouting
- The cleaningness of the beds and rooms was a bit questionable
- They say they "rent" the towels for 2 eurs but in fact you pay with no possibility of getting the money back and then you still have to leave the towels after your stay, so it has nothing to do with renting.

Property is so near to Sagrada familia only 5min walk. Although customer service dont speak english but they tried their best to assist. The process was new to me, the automatic door, no reception desk on site however theres instruction. The hostel has everything, kitchen and all. It was above my expectation. They have hair dryer and iron too. Overall I love it. ❤️♥️ Thanks to the staff, my flight is in the evening I was worried about my luggage but they help me out, I was able to keep my luggage and I can enjoy my last day here in Barcelona
The shower is small but it is reasonable so I wouldnt say I didnt like it

Extremely central location
The self check in is marketed as being easy for you, but if they send you a wrong link, it takes way too long for them to fix it. I had to wait at the door with my suitcases for a long time just for them to send me the correct link even though I told them in advance that it was not working. Keep in mind that the pictures are definitely not what you’re getting in this place. The rooms were dark and small. After I left, all of my clothes and backpack had this smell that could only be described as humidity and mold combined. Would definitely avoid if you have shortness of breath.
