The location was excellent, easy access to local restaurants and a short drive from Royal Yacht Britannia and Arthur's Seat.
The beds were not comfortable at all unfortunately, and there were no lumbar cushions on the sofa so it was difficult to get comfortable there as well. The furnishings were worn and there was just one flat pillow on each bed with no others to be found, so it was very difficult to justify the £250/night price - it seems obvious this was put up only for the Fringe.

Large apartment with lots of space -very nice to have 2 bedroom & 2 bathrooms.
A few linens missing but host was quick to accommodate. Floor was vey squeaky but it’s an older unit.
