I can’t say enough about this lovely hotel and the wonderful staff at NABOA. The rooms were huge and gorgeous and super comfortable. The shower was amazing. I was traveling with my 7 year old daughter and she loved feeling so fancy being on the beautiful property. The staff were so kind to her- gracias Paola and Perla!! They were so helpful and accommodating of every need and request. Breakfast at Lu Lo was outstanding- I will dream of that passion fruit yogurt bowl forever.
Unfortunately the pool needed to be shut down for 2 days due to a maintenance issue and we couldn’t use the outdoor tub because it wouldn’t hold water. The hotel location was also a little far from other restaurants or activities so walking wasn’t really an option and we needed to rent an ATV to get around. These are very minor things though compared to how lovely our stay was at Naboa!

i loved the communication, the architecture, they let us check in early.
it was a bit secluded. but could be bad or good according to your preference.

L’accueil du personnel, la suite très fonctionnelle et bien décorée.
Le petit déjeuner très qualitatif (idem pour le restaurant).
L’emplacement: nous avons été « déstabilisés » par cette sensation de « chantier « inachevé autour de l’hôtel et dans la ville plus généralement. Escale à Tulum sans grand intérêt.
Odeur de renfermé dans la chambre.

Endroit incroyable dans une végétation luxuriante. Suite royale, baignoire extérieure dans un jardin privé et éclairé, double douche immense, décoration digne des catalogues de déco les plus pointus. Livres photo à disposition dans le salon privé. Énorme écran TV aussi avec Netflix. Restaurant remarquable, plats travaillés. Pas de vin.
