The house has been recently totally renovated and is spotless. Very spacious, clean, inside garage, the backyard is spacious with a BBQ area with a view on the mountains and sounds of the goats, 🐐 many TVs with access to streaming. Nice kitchen and large bedrooms. It is perfect for a large group with kids as there are many living rooms.
The location is on a very narrow somewhat busy street in a residential area. But we were fine with this. If you are planning to go out every night there is nothing close by walking distance. But if you planned to stay home this is perfect.

Very roomy, clean and well provisioned. Centrally located. Parking easy.
Rooms a bit chilly due to only 1 heater. Local town not too interesting but is close to Ribeira Grande, which is very nice
