Het huis ligt op een prima locatie aan zee maar geen zeezicht. Op 5 minuten loopafstand van natural pool en tegenover voetbal stadion. Cafeetje op loopafstand. Huis heeft binnenplaats wat fijn is als het regent kan je onder afdak zitten. En twee ligbedden. Wasmachine is ook fijn
Wij vonden dat het toilet wat rook (riool) en de douche verouderd (lekte). Helaas was de schoonmaak niet heel goed gedaan.
