Everything very very clean!
Location is perfect if you want to take different busses to also visit beaches out of Alghero!
It is a 10-15 minute walk to the center :)
Kitchen is only available during breakfast time, so no table or space where to eat if you want to stay in for dinner or a snack, rather than going out to a restaurant - just so you know :)

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. La struttura è vicino al centro, la camera è spaziosa e il bagno (anche se condiviso) era sempre pulitissimo.
Un ringraziamento a Caterina che è stata un’ottima host.
Ci siamo trovate molto bene, l’unico suggerimento che mi sento di dare è di variare di più le opzioni per la colazione o aggiungere alimenti fatti in casa.

We liked being near the center, really just a short walk from all the hustle and bustle, the bed was comfortable, the room itself pretty spacious and clean. There's a pizzeria just across the road which was really nice visiting at the peak of summer heat.
The owner was very nice and checked on us every morning. ❤️
There's free parking on the street outside, however we struggled to find a free spot near the building so we parked about a 5 minute walk away. Our room didn't have WiFi at all, though, it only somewhat worked in the shared bathroom and in the hall which is good to know if you are working while on vacation.

Pani gospodarz była przesympatyczna. Dobra komunikacja z gospodarzem, umożliwiła nam check-in 2h przed założoną godziną check-inu. Czysty schludny dobrze zadbany pokój, działająca klimatyzacja, balkon. Dobra lokalizacja - 10min piechotą od starego miasta i 15min na autobus na lotnisko. Byliśmy na jedną noc i było w porządku. Wifi działające. Pani gospodarz robi śniadania, chociaż nam się nie udało załapać, przez konieczność check-outu o 6 rano
Współdzielona łazienka jest mało wygodna. Patrząc na cenę można oczekiwać własnej łazienki. Jest to pokój w mieszkaniu a nie osobne mieszkanie, ale nie wpływa to komfort użytkowania. Główny mankament to wspólna łazienka i relatywnie wysoka cena
