The rooms were large and clean. The bathroom was large and the shower was awesome. The staff was friendly.
It would be nice to have a lighted sign at the entrance to the property. Although the driveway is lit, it is hard to see the entrance to the driveway at night.

Great location for us, friendly staff, good breakfast, clean room
We noticed on the 4th floor that the carpet at the elevator and inside the elevator needed cleaned. The hand sanitizer was also dirty.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. Staff is efficient and friendly. Room was clean and well kept.

Right off the interstate and only 20 minutes from where we needed to go.
When we checked into the first room we noticed a smell could t figure it out and we noticed dinged up walls the mattresses are stained yellow the dressers and night stands are dirty and there’s a used broken comb left on the dresser. Once we went into the bathroom I happened to look close in the corners of the shower and there was so much mold it’s wild to think they didn’t see it or care.
Went to the front desk showed the guy, who was super nice and accommodating, and he upgrade us to a suite no problem. Get in there carpets are stained bad and the mattresses are stained yellow at the bottoms and again the night stands and dressers are dirty. No biggie we did a thorough check for bug and all clear. Look in the shower mold not as much as the other. We just go with it and wear shoes in the shower, tempted to get bleach and clean it ourselves, mattresses weren’t hard but not soft either. The pleather couches are coming apart and cracked and you transfer black particles with you when you go to bed.
Fast forward the next morning went to get the hair dryer out and it was so sticky and gross. Went to the front desk and got a new one and it was better.
We were playing in midnight softball tournament so we weren’t there but to sleep and get up and go.
