La ubicación, las vistas de la terraza, el tamaño de la piscina apta para poder nadar, los servicios cercanos y la plaza de parking propia. Álvaro es un excelente anfitrión y estuvo pendiente todo el rato.
El ruido que hace el aire acondicionado y el ventilador de techo del dormitorio si le das velocidad.

The apartment looks exactly like the photos, and we really enjoyed our stay. The sea view is absolutely stunning, the location is excellent, and the swimming pool is clean and well maintained.
There are just a few things that could be improved. We were surprised that there wasn’t a second set of bed linen for the sofa bed. The air conditioner makes unusual noises while running, which sometimes made it difficult to fall asleep.
It would also be helpful if the description mentioned that the apartment is located on a hill. Walking to both Poniente Beach and La Cala de Finestrat involves quite a few stairs and uphill walking on the way back. This wasn’t a problem for us, but it could be useful information for guests with children, heavy luggage, or reduced mobility.

We stayed in this apartment during our vacation and were extremely satisfied! The place is clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The sea is just a short walk away, which was a big plus for us. The host is friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, responding quickly and kindly to any questions. A wonderful place for a holiday — we would definitely love to come back!
