About this cottage rental
Relax with friends and family in this classic 1960's cottage on Kelly Lake on the edge of Castle Park only 10 minutes from Lake Michigan's Laketown beach and 15 minutes from Holland and Saugatuck. The home is nested on a secluded 1.5 acres surrounded by sand dunes and woods. This home features 2 bedrooms, a den, formal living room, dining dinning room with table that seats 8. Enjoy views throughout the home and use of a canoe or fishing from the private beach off back lawn.
Welcome to Dune Cottage. The home has two bedrooms, a den, and two full bathrooms. There is a large patio on the back with tables, chairs, and a grill. The lawn is large enough to accommodate any game and the lake is only a few steps away for swimming, fishing, or using the canoe to explore.
Wild life sightings are very common due to the large woods that surround the cottage. This includes deer, wild turkeys, turtles, bald eagles, and many other species of bird.
There is a hiking trail immediately out of the front of the property that takes you through a scenic wooded trail through the sand dunes.
Holland and Saugatuck access is only a short drive away, as well as Ottawa, Laketown, and Oval Beaches. Boats and Jet Ski rental is available 5 minutes away on Lake Macatawa. Please note that there are security cameras on the garage that cover the driveway and path for your safety.

From the moment we pulled up to the day we left... we were all in love. The privacy of this location is phenomenal. From the private road to access to the lake in the backyard. The girls were kayaking day and night. Very close to the grocery store and also not far from downtown shopping. We would definitely stay here again.

Very charming cottage in a great location. Greatly enjoyed the wildlife and views of the lake. Close to Holland, Douglas, and Saugatek.
