About this space
RV has Kitchen with new stove/oven, kitchen utensils, Keurig coffee maker, rice cooker, toaster, etc. Sleeps 6 adults comfortably. Bed sheets and bath/pool towels provided. Just bring personal necessities. One bathroom/One bedroom with closet. 2 sofa beds. There's a living area and dining table. 2 TV's with cable. Large deck outside furnished with BBQ grill and mini refrigerator for your comfort. There's an adult heated pool/kiddie pool and a kids playground.
Guest access
Guests can access pool, and kiddie pool, kids park, beaches, marina. To reserve marina slip contact main office 305-451-1431.

Please check in at the front desk when you arrive. You will be given a gate card to the campground. Make sure to return it when you check out as the office will charge you $50.
Office is open from 9 to 5 pm.
Security is available until 10 pm. Note their hours can change. You will not be able to check in after security leaves.

This property was exactly as listed and what my family needed for our trip. The proximity to the pool, playground, and laundry was great! The communication with the owner was easy. The campground is tight and roads throughout are narrow, but for us was not inconvenient. We would definitely stay again.
