Very close to Dotonbori main street, main facilities inside the room are fine overall.
Missing items I had in other self serving hotels like cotton swab and others and lacking hair conditioner bottle for showering, other cooking items etc. it's the small stuff.

Excellent location. 3 train stations within walking distance. Supermarkets and plenty of eateries nearby.
Room too small. Bed is not comfortable.

it is two bedroom accommodation. clean and spotless. it has its own washing machine, fridge and complete with cooking utensils with rice cooker. small balcony overlooking tokyo tower. infront of the building has a newly renovated grocery store. there is a thai restaurant just below the accommodation at level1. nearest convenience store Family Mart is a 2min walk. 11min walk to Yamanote line Takanawa Gateway Station. 5-6min walk to Asakusa line Sengakuji station. roughly $17–$24 USD from Shibuya Don Quijote to this accommodation. roughly $11–$15 USD from this accommodation to Shinagawa Station (Shinkansen-bullet train and JR NEX express train to Narita Airport)
nothing. its just the road to accommodation is uphill. not suitable if you have elderly companion.
