The BQL of the property Mai is on top of any situation. From fire false alarm response to cold bottled water she is always present.
Pergo hardwood floors are bonus.

The host is the standout. I arrived at night and didn’t feel comfortable walking alone down the dark street with my luggage (the last street is too small for a car), so she came out to meet me without hesitation — that set the tone for the whole stay. Any time I needed something (even help figuring out how the hot water works), she sorted it out quickly.
The location is also lovely. The lake is a few minutes away if you cut through the back streets (Google Maps takes you the long way at about 10 minutes), and the surrounding streets are full of cafes, restaurants, street food vendors, banks, pharmacies, and grocery stores. The main tourist area is about a 25-minute scooter ride away.
The apartment itself is very clean.
The address can confuse drivers, so have the host’s number ready to call en route. The apartment is also down a narrow street a car can’t fit through, so you’ll walk the last block with your luggage. I recommend coming in day time.
A few small things were missing on arrival (for example, toilet paper), but the host resolved all issues quickly.

Personeel, ze is mega aardig en na mijn klachten mee aan dehaal gegaan, maar vloer bleef erg goor.
Alles was vies, vloer plakte heel erg. Badkamer onder schimmel en aanslag. Bed niet verschoond, overal haar. Etensresten in gootsteen.koelkast vies aan de binnnenkant.
