It was clean and a nice place to stay. Gaining entry was a bit difficult as the door keypad was not working that well. The suite was large and well kitted out with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The walls are thin and could easily hear noise from other rooms, particularly those above.
The pool and Hot tub were clean, but the hot tub really needs a step to facilitate entry and exit.
We didn’t not see any staff other than the cleaning staff.
The pool area and the sun terrace are a bit sad with old dirty furniture and plastic plants. Its a shame because there are good views and with a little bit of planting and care it could look really nice.
