We spent four wonderful days at Seacrets Beach House. The apartment may be small, but the owners, Carlos and Zenaida, have done a great job with the space available. The fold-out couch is quite comfortable, and the queen-sized bed is fabulous. The only thing really lacking is a proper table in the kitchen, but the upstairs terrace more than makes up for this. The yard is spacious - not only is there room for a car or even two, but there is space to relax on chaise lounges and even kick around a football. The beach across the street is not only the best on Faial, but from what I have seen (5 of 9 islands visited so far), it is the best in the Azores. The only potential drawback I see is the restaurant Bliss next door. It was closed when we were there (summer of 2026). If it were open, I could imagine that it could perhaps disturb the guests at Seacrets. But that is just speculation. We were so satisfied with Seacrets that we have already booked four days there next summer. When you are completely satisfied with a place, why go anywhere else?
Sure, it is a bit cramped, but we knew that going in. It is the trade-off for the beach access. And then the wild card is Bliss next door. I will see next year if my concerns are warranted, I guess. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Einrichtung ist neuwertig. Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück vorhanden.
Durften auch eher den Check In vornehmen.
Tolle Terrasse mit einem fantastischen Ausblick.
Der Essbereich in der Küche ist für 2 Personen zwar vorhanden, jedoch sehr unbequem. Man sitzt sehr beengt auf einem sehr unbequemen Hocker. Anstelle der Waschmaschine hätte ich mir lieber einen Geschirrspüler gewünscht, somit muss alles per Hand abgewaschen werden.
Es gab schon einige Mücken, welche man durch einen Mückenschutzscreen im Fenster der Küche und des Bades, nicht in der Wohnung haben müsste.

Die Lage wer allererste Klasse, direkt am Strand und man konnte mal eben ins Wasser hüpfen. Die Host waren sogar noch besser, extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend, einfach perfekt. Die Aussicht von der Terasse war gigantisch, selbst wenn der Pico oft in den Wolken war.
Bekannterweise war die Wohnung eher klein und an einem regentag, an dem man die Terassen nicht nutzen kann ist es etwas enger, aber das gehört ja zu einer kleinen Wohnung

È bellissima! Gli spazi interni sono giusti, tutto arredato in maniera impeccabile a mio parere.. senza contare quelli esterni con posto macchina, giardino, 2 sdrai per prendere il sole, doccia calda esterna e un piccolo soppalco con amaca da cui godersi la vista del mare!
Inoltre Carlos e Zenaida sono deliziosi! Non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla, sempre molto disponibili e non sono mancate le sorprese culinarie! Ci siamo sentiti molto più che a casa! Il luogo perfetto per una tappa della nostra luna di miele ♥️
