Very disappointed with the lack of amenities and cheap bed furnishings. Would not stay here again.

The apartment was in a great location in the center, and it was newly remodeled. The gentleman who showed us into the apartment was nice and provided us with fans since there isn't air conditioning in the apartment.

The provisions at the apartment were not at all adequate for the price of the property and negatively impacted our stay. The beds were very uncomfortable with incredibly thin, polyester sheets and one very thin pillow per bed. The bath towels were thin and worn, there was no complementary shampoo, conditioner or body soap, and only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. In the kitchen, there were no paper towels or dish soap and when we asked the host told us they wouldn't provide any so we bought it ourselves. We have stayed at many rentals in San Sebastian and around the world, and we have never experienced this lack of care for the guests. For the price charged for this apartment, the hosts should provide their guests with at least the basic amenities, and at least cotton sheets and newer towels.

Clean and spacious apartment. Very convenient location.

Good location and comfortable.

Everything was fine.

Fantastic almost perfect property. Will be back!

Fantastic property in a perfect location in San Sebastián. Our host was amazing, nothing was any trouble. Would definitely stay here again when coming back.

No air con was a problem as it was hot, but we were provided with a fan on request. Had to buy another one for the second bedroom. Hopefully they get it installed. Could’ve done with a few more essentials, shower gel/shampoo and some extra cleaning supplies. Coffee machine but no coffee, some light travel essentials would’ve made it perfect. Not there long enough to buy these things so it would’ve been a nice touch.
