Over all it is a great place for a party of 6 people!

The location was excellent! Close to train station and many stores and restaurants nearby.

The property greeted us with bags of trash. But it was promptly resolved as soon as we notify the property manager. Communication was easy. One more thing it can be better is the supply in the house. We had to buy toilet papers and trash bags and some cleaning supplies cause we couldn’t find any.

If you want something cheap then this place will do but don’t expect comfort or a good place for a family to rest

The price is affordable and it’s close to the station

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this accommodation. Unfortunately, the condition of the property did not meet even basic expectations for comfort or cleanliness. The couch in the living area was broken — it sank so low that it was almost touching the ground, making it very uncomfortable to sit on. The dining table and chairs constantly squeaked and felt unstable, as if the nails and screws were loose. It did not feel safe or sturdy to use. The TV was also in poor condition. The screen was discoloured, with a noticeable shadow covering nearly half of it, which made watching anything unpleasant. Cleanliness was another major issue. There were dusty spots throughout the property, and the toilet had a lingering unpleasant odour. The cleaning felt very surface-level at best. A proper deep clean is clearly needed, as the overall hygiene standard was subpar. The kitchen was very sparsely equipped — only the most basic cutlery and a few pots and pans were provided. The space felt empty and minimally prepared for guests. Sleeping arrangements were also disappointing. Only one bedroom had a comfortable mattress. The other two mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, and the pillows were so flat they offered no support at all. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made.
