There was someone opening and closing door through the night and woke us up a 3 am

The hotel was well laid out. The beds were heaven! The hot drinks station was genius.

Did not have breakfast. Room was a good size and the bathroom was a decent size as well, The temperature and lighting of the room was easy to manage. The bed was really comfortable.
The hotel was a fair way out of the town, though there was the tram service just outside. The plug in the sink did not appear to work. Coffee and tea facilities were not in the room but there was a free machine on the first floor. Sadly there was no milk in the machine at the time we decided to have a hot drink :(

The air con in the room was amazing especially during the heatwave.
The shower was hot and had plenty of pressure, smart tv in room was a bonus!
When checking in after 3pm the reception weren't available and asked us to wait outside.
The hot drinks dispenser tastes like it needs a really good clean or service, I only drink tea and branched out to a hot chocolate but this also tasted the same even after the required rinse which the manager facilitated quickly. A kettle with the coffee machine would be great!
The ample parking is three spots outside the apartments and the rest is on street parking around the corner, was fine for our stay however I imagine it's really busy in the peak season.
The iron also doesn't work and leaked all over my clothes.
Lastly, the apartments are having work done which meant that there was loud drilling directly beneath us from 9am to 5pm - I think this should be disclosed prior to booking.
