My Mother & I stayed for 4 nights & the property was lovely! It was very comfortable & very clean. It had everything you needed, the towels were lovely & soft, the beds were very comfortable. Grace was on hand if we had any problems. Overall a wonderful stay.
Nothing!

We booked it for our trip to see Kynren. It ideally located for this, plus you can walk into town from here. The property was very clean and well presented but basic. This is reflected in the price. Parking although street parking was always available. I would stay there again.
Some fixtures were not as robust as they could of been. The bathroom tap which worked fine needed to be treated with care. There was no cord on the front window blind. These were only minor things and didn't distract from the overall pleasant stay.

Clean and spacious accommodation.
The fact that there weren't any provisions (milk, tea, coffee) and no tea towels or oven gloves, or soap in the bathroom.

Easy parking and plenty of on street space.
The property was in quite a run down area. On arrival there were slug marks on the carpet and more appeared overnight (see photos attached). The back garden was in a very poor state, ie. Fence falling down and very overgrown (see photos attached). Underestimated the walk to the town centre (the market place) which was a mile and a half. The single bed was very uncomfortable to sleep in due to mattress being very springy.
