Spectacular riverfront sanctuary. Enjoy long warm days on the large South facing deck. Several outdoor nooks to enjoy what mother nature has to offer. House is located at the end of a quiet,safe cul-de-sac, with a large open plan living room-kitchen area and a window seat perfect to curl up with a good book. A cooks kitchen with granite counter tops and upgraded appliances. The house has three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. Imagine a perfect afternoon on the river BBQing and a soak in the hot tub.

We had an amazing stay at this property! It comfortably housed two families with plenty of space for everyone, and being pet friendly made the trip even better. The home truly exceeded our expectations — it was clean, welcoming, and perfect for a relaxing getaway.The location was fantastic as well, with easy access to both the river and the ocean. We also loved exploring the nearby towns of Guerneville and Jenner, which were both charming small towns with great local spots and beautiful scenery. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a peaceful and family-friendly vacation spot.

Wonderful stay for the four of us! We pretty much lived on the deck and enjoyed the birdsong and the hot tub. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was mellow and friendly. We would definitely book this location again - thanks so much!
